These terms apply when you use this online store and when you place an order. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer law that applies to you.

Who we are

This store, Roots & Talks, is run by Turkish4kids LLC, 112 Capitol Tr Suite A111, Newark, DE 19711, USA. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Turkish4kids LLC. You can write to us at support@lundiva.com.

Who may order

You must be able to make a binding contract where you live. If you are under the age of majority, ask a parent or guardian to place the order. If you order for a business, you confirm that you may do so.

How we make your order

We print each item after you order it. Our print partner, Printful, prints and ships it. Our Shipping Policy tells you how long this takes. Our Refund Policy tells you when we replace or refund an item. Both policies are part of these terms.

Products and descriptions

Product pages show the size, color and material of each item. Please read them before you order.

Colors on your screen can look different from the printed item. Photos and mockups help you see the design. They do not show the exact color or the exact position of the print. Sizes on the product page can differ slightly from the item you receive.

Out of stock

If a size or color is out of stock, we write to you. We do not send a different item without your agreement. You can wait for the item, choose another one, or cancel for a full refund.

Prices and payment

Prices show in the currency you see at checkout. The price that applies to your order is the price shown when you pay. Taxes that apply to your order are shown at checkout.

Our payment provider processes your payment. We do not store your full card details.

Accepting your order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract starts when we accept your order. We accept it when it goes into printing.

We can decline or cancel an order before that point. For example, we can do so if an item is out of stock, if a price or description is clearly wrong, if your address is incomplete, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we refund it in full.

If a price or product detail is clearly wrong, we do not have to supply the item at that price. We will tell you, and you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Changing or cancelling your order

You can ask us to change or cancel an order while it has not gone into printing. Write to us at support@lundiva.com as soon as you can. Once printing has started, we cannot cancel it.

Delivery

Our carriers deliver your order. The estimated times in our Shipping Policy are estimates. Delivery to a post office, parcel locker or pickup point depends on the carrier.

Designs and content

The characters, artwork, names, logos, text and photos in this store belong to Turkish4kids LLC or to the people who license them to us. You may not copy them, sell them or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. When you buy a product, you own that product. You do not get the right to copy the design on it.

Acceptable use

Do not use this store to break the law, to disturb its work or its security, to copy its content for commercial use, or to send content that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights.

Reviews and messages

If you post a review or comment, you allow us to show it in connection with the store. We can remove content that is unlawful, misleading or abusive.

Links to other sites

This store can link to sites we do not run. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information. It is part of these terms.

Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where the law does not allow it. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and under consumer protection law that applies to you. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms follow the law of the State of Delaware, USA. This does not remove any right that consumer law gives you in the country where you live.

Changes to these terms

We can update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
