What is Roots & Talks?
Roots & Talks is a Turkish language school for children growing up abroad. Its characters appear in the lessons, digital games and videos, and they now appear on the gifts in this store. Learn more about the lessons at rootsandtalks.com.
How are the products made?
Products are printed on demand. Each item is made after you order, so every order is made for you.
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
We ship to the United States, Australia, New Zealand and Canada. Shipping is free to the United States, Australia and New Zealand. Canada has a flat shipping rate that you see at checkout. Printing takes 2–5 business days. After that, delivery takes 3–6 business days in the United States, 2–5 in Australia and 4–7 in New Zealand. Our Shipping Policy has the full details.
Can I return an item?
Each item is made to order, so we cannot accept returns when you change your mind or order the wrong size or color. If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or lost, we replace it or refund it at no cost to you. Write to us within 30 days. Our Refund Policy has the full terms.
How can I ask a product question?
Use the contact page and include the product link, the size or colour you are looking at and the detail you need to confirm. Please do not send payment-card numbers or passwords in a message.
