We ship worldwide, except to places our carriers do not serve or where sanctions do not allow it. The shipping cost depends on your country and the items in your order, and you see it at checkout before you pay. Orders over US$100 ship free. Most orders take 2–5 business days to prepare; some items, such as blankets, mouse pads, notebooks and puzzles, can take up to 10 business days. Standard delivery of most items then takes 3–6 business days in the United States, 2–5 in Australia and 4–7 in New Zealand. For other countries, delivery time depends on the destination. On international orders, customs duties and import taxes, where they apply, are paid by the buyer and can be collected on delivery. Our Shipping Policy has the full details.

When your order ships, you get an email with a tracking link. You can also use our Track Order page.

We cannot accept returns when you change your mind or order the wrong size or color. If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or lost, we replace it or refund it at no cost to you. Write to us within 30 days. Our Refund Policy has the full terms.

We can change or cancel an order only while it has not gone into production. Write to us as soon as you can and include your order number. Once production has started, we cannot cancel it. We can change the delivery address until the order ships.

Colors on your screen can look different from the printed item. Photos and mockups help you see the design, but they do not show the exact color or the exact position of the print.
