    • Good to know

Don't heat liquids or food directly in the mug—it can damage the coating. The Enamel Mug is susceptible to staining when used with certain beverages, including coffee, tea, and natural juices. That’s a normal characteristic of enamel products and not specific to our mug alone. Due to the enamel’s rough and porous surface texture, particles from these drinks may easily adhere to the mug, resulting in stains over time. Stains can be effectively removed by applying lemon juice or soda to the affected area and gently scrubbing with a hard sponge.

      Shipping and returns

Orders take 2–5 business days to prepare, then standard delivery: United States 3–6 business days, Australia 2–5, New Zealand 4–7. For other countries, delivery time depends on the destination. We ship worldwide: the shipping cost is shown at checkout, and orders over US$100 ship free. On international orders, customs duties and import taxes, where they apply, are paid by the buyer.

We do not accept returns or exchanges when you change your mind or order the wrong size or color. If your order arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, is the wrong item or is lost, write to us within 30 days with photos and we replace or refund it.
